ICD-10 Compliance

HPlusPRO is ICD-10 compliant on all fronts - interfaces, charge posting with the ability to maintain both ICD-9 and ICD-10 codes, and claim filing. The new ICD-10 codes and CMS GEM list has been made available to all sites using the HPlusPRO software. Since updates to the software are available weekly, all sites can be "up-to-date" with the latest available programming and prepared to handle any payor or clearinghouse testing requirements.

Healthpac's Programming Department has completed successful initial testing with clearinghouse vendors and payors, as well as vendors that we interface with to exchange demographic and charge related data for billing. Many of our sites have also completed testing with their particular payors and vendors. All sites have access to the most current information and programming as soon as it is released and we ensure that sites are equipped to manage the upcoming transition.

Healthpac's Training Department has provided ongoing education resources throughout the year and continue to be available in a support manner so that our sites are prepared, knowledgeable and most importantly, READY!
